Laurie Aaronson, Managing Principal of AOC SF, has been consulting with restaurants and taking care of their financial needs for over fifteen years. Laurie started her career as a CPA as a Senior Manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where her client roster included public and private restaurant and food service companies such as Au Bon Pain / Panera Bread Company, The Back Bay Restaurant Group, Papa Gino’s, The Boston Beer Company (Sam Adams), Stop & Shop, and Shaw’s Supermarkets.
She founded AOC SF in January of 2006, after five years of additional consulting specifically with Bay Area restaurants, to provide independent and multi-unit restaurant groups with financial consulting and customized financial outsourcing alternatives. Laurie received her MBA from the Stanford School of Business and her undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Golden Gate Restaurant Association and currently serves as Chairman of the Education Committee. She also volunteers with the Make-A-Wish foundation.
